Once Harley is finished dancing with her satyr companion, she'll notice a man in a hoodie and a rather plain mask watching her from over by one of the long food and drink laden tables. He seems to be taking this mask thing to the extreme, going so far as to cover his hair as well with his hoodie.

He turns away when he catches Harley looking his way.
