The ghost Hazel was talking to before is gone but in its place a morose magpie brimming with magical energies the spirit has never encountered before. So many magical creatures and gods have made the Nexus their homes recently. She wonders if this belongs to one of them. After all, Hazel is no god.
She has no way of knowing what this creature truly is. Mysteries are also under Autumn's domain, and not knowing only makes the mystery greater. Hazel lifts a hand to beckon the bird closer.
"You have experiences you could teach from, you know." Most beings that live cultivate those throughout their lives. At least a few of those experiences will be unique in some way. Those that aren't can be woven into the greater societal wisdom to be passed on. "Tell me, little one. Are you weary?"
