Her brows knit, and she tilts her head to one side to listen to his explanation, and try to understand it. He's pretty good at layman's terms, though. She appreciates that, and the lack of condescension.

"Sounds good," she says with a slow nod, and holds out her arm. "Let's do it. I can handle tired, and heat sounds like a benefit right now."

Considering a moment, she adds, "Is that going to get harder as this wears on? Rations are almost down to starvation level. People aren't going to have much to fight off infections with for much longer."
