Out of everyone in this group, it's Furiosa who Natasha feels is the most comparable to herself. Both the Exo and Azwel have magic of some sort to call on, and again the Guardian and Natalie both have tech she can't evne begin to wrap her head around at their disposal. But Furiosa at least Natasha's able to get a bead on and it helps to have another data point to add to her own internal calculations.

It's only thanks to prior circumstances that Natasha knows anything at all concerning Blaze and her make up. Her abilities. Her weaknesses. But they do share that history and that will also be taken into account. Azel and Natalie are unknown factors, but if they're earnest in their representations of themselves then the spy feels like she's got at least a general bead on them for how they'll react in a given situation.

It's not enough to make her comfortable with what they're about to go do but it's enough to stop her from giving any noise of complaint. Fitting too that she won't be the one relegated to command duty. She's capable of it, but it's not her preferred role in a squad.
