"It's a noble thing you're doing," he tells the smaller man with a sincere look. "I hope that no one has given you a hard time?"
It bothers him more than he's willing to let on, watching humans turn on one another at the slightest provocation. He wants to think the best of humanity, always. Of course, he can blame their problems on the storm, the lack of resources, even the gods themselves. But he doesn't like having to acknowledge it at all.
"Personally, I'd go the traditional route, with a roasted lamb and plenty of souvlaki." His stomach grumbles a little at the notion. He may not need to eat, but he does miss the pleasure of good food. "And wine. I'm not much of a drinker, but I'll make an exception in this case."
He gives Kinner a little nudge with his shoulder and adds, "And it'll be my treat. No arguing."
