Pride. If Natalie has learned anything from her brief conversations with Blaze is that the Fallen seem to have some sort of pride. Clearly they have no desire to negotiate and only want to stop the group for their own reasons. She might have a mobility advantage right now, attempting to fly higher up in the sky, but also pulling backward so she can try to get the flank on the Fallen.

If that's an option, she'll start ordering fire-based attacks at the bikers, aiming at their tools and the terrain in front of them. It's the best plan she has at the moment.
