skekGra had never heard of Guardians or Fallen until he came to the Nexus, so that makes two of them. He still doesn't completely understand the things Katiri told him and doubts he ever will, just like there are things on Thra which would probably confuse an outsider to the planet. skekGra himself is one of those confusing things.
