"I am as calm as I can be given current events!" he insists. It is certainly the truth. This woman is CLEARLY mad. Who would laugh at a time like this? STILL. He holds on tight. Better to be with her then with those spiders crawling all over him and trussing him up and doing whatever else spiders do. He'd rather not think TOO hard on it.

"Is that where we're heading?!" he ask incredulously. They appear to be heading in the direction of an establishment called 'The Viper's Pit' and he's not thinking too rationally at this very moment, "I can certainly tuck and roll better then most but I DO hope that's just a poorly named tavern because the addition of vipers would hardly an improvement on this situation!"

He just wants a quiet place for some alone time with his drink. It's all he's ever wanted.
