"Oh, God, is he even having a bachelor party?" Janet blurted out. She had completely forgotten that part of the proceedings. No one had even asked. Add that to the list of things to bring up with Adam the next time she saw him. "Maybe we'll just take everyone out to dinner."

She and her best friend had tried almost every restaurant in their city and knew several nice ones. If Adam didn't want a full-blown party, they could easily take the whole group out to dinner, especially if they were going to have to pack up and leave for Kentucky. Try and give them a relaxing night out before all the craziness started.

"He did throw me a birthday party once," she remembers with a laugh. "It was nuts. I found out our boss is in a band... and not just any band, a serious rock band."
