"A bat.." Eido repeated the word, committing it to memory. She would have to check the archives when she returned to the Last City to see if she could learn more about the creature she was dressed as. She was chuckling fondly at the child in Dor's arms as the parents introduced themselves.

"Ah, it is good to meet you Aal and Dor Sinclair." She took their words to mean they were mates. The young scribe was taken with the children and their pets.

"It looks like your little one wants me to hold them." She said in reference to the boy in Dor's arms. The motion of the arms the child was making was universal between species it seemed. She cooed a soft trilling sound at the boy, while patting the girl's heads gently. "Your hatchlings are so sweet."
