It may be something of a surprise to Miss Kirijo that a familiar face is the one working behind one of the counters, still in his button up and slacks, though with a red apron over top of his clothes. He must not mind making his clothes messy, or this is the most casual outfit he owns.

"Ah, hello!" Katsuya sets down his piping bag and takes a moment to wash his hands before coming out front to greet their newest guest properly. He's drying them off on his apron when he emerges. "It's been some time, good to see you." Katsuya offers her a warm smile, before gesturing to the case.

"It's our grand opening. There is no charge for the samples today, we're trying to drum up business through word of mouth, as well as take suggestions for what to name the bakery."
