"My dad's a huge special effects kinda guy. Hollywood type. And pigs are pretty standard as analogues for the human body. React pretty similarly under trauma and our insides look more or less the same. It took some trial and error to get a decent facsimile, but I was able to refer to a lot of his notes on it."
