Miles hasn't really picked up on the fact that Josh has hallucinations - every time he's been around the other young man he's had tasks to keep him engaged or it's been at a social gathering. It's not so much that Miles hasn't been paying attention as much as Josh is good at hiding his problems most of the time.

"This place is giving me the creeps." The young man says, glancing around at all the strange ice slabs arranged so deliberately.
