Faris can see the change in body language and posture, and can only hope that it's a good thing. He's still uncertain what to make of this bizarre human, though by now he's somewhat assured that there will be no more prodding hands in the immediate future. Still no reason to get closer, but enough to relax his guard to be merely alert.
