Welp, Jim is certainly not going to answer that first question honestly. His own personnel file is classified in several places, and while some might consider that erasing it from public view, he's not about to talk about it, even if he wanted to. Which he doesn't.

Fortunately, the second question is much easier to talk about in vague generalities. "I don't think so. Even the shitty stuff can stand as an example of what not to do, or teach how to stop something like it from happening again. You don't have to learn from your own mistakes if you learn from someone else's, and never make them in the first place."
