Although he and Ice Bear haven't interacted all that much, Reynard can't help but be a little fond of him. Perhaps it's because he's a creature all too capable and familiar with dealing with Winter trials. In this case Reynard easily accepts that this is less of a trap for the bear and more of an excuse to get him to stop and play a game of riddles.
