It's one thing to know it, another to completely accept it. Even now, she searches his mask with pale, anxious eyes, hoping to catch a glimpse of humanity, the part of Josh she had considered a friend and perhaps could put a stop to this madness.
She holds her breath while the man continues to suffer, then sighs softly when he collapses to the ground, free of Josh's dark hold. Too bad she isn't nearly so lucky; his grip sends a shiver through her, and she instinctively tries to pull away. "Not much time for what?" she asks. "Josh, please tell me what's going on."
When she realizes that struggling won't help, she lets herself get pulled into the Pantheon, but not before 'accidentally' dropping her mask, letting it fall on the steps, the only clue of where she's been, and where she's being taken.
