"Some are too eager for the glory of war, heedless of the potential consequences, or simply thirsty for bloodshed." He knows that all too well, both as someone who used to be so, and from the foes he has fought - Hela, most recently of all. There is glory to be found in righteous battle, but not in unwarranted slaughter.

But call him curious. "Tell me of these Martians," he entreats the human. "Your people fought them off?"
