There is a new arrival to the Nexus who is sitting on a tattered red couch as if he owns it. The withered individual seems not the slight bit bothered about being in a strange place. Then again many people consider his beloved Goodneighbor to be a sight to be seen or avoid depending on whom one might ask. With his right arm draping over the couch with a cigarette in his hand, Hancock ponders a question. And he is looking for a good question to ask the fine people who might be hear to listen.

His black eyes seem to watch everyone as he takes in everything around him. This place is a far cry from the nuclear wastelands of the Commonwealth. But like he recently said to the citizens of Goodneighbor, he is in a dire need of a break from being the man in charge. And this place seems like a great place to start.
