Something changes in you when you get to a certain age.

He supposed that maybe it began in his late twenties, but definitely by his early thirties.  He started to feel different.  It was little things at first.  Mild aches that he never felt before even though he was relatively in shape.  Their occurrences?  Transient.  Then the range of motion in his joints slowly began to narrow.  His knees would start to stiffen in the cold and they'd make cracking noises under normal activity.  One day the soreness stopped coming and going and instead ... it just stays around like an old friend that didn't know it was time to see himself out.

Into his late thirties and forties he had to start considering his senses.  The vision was worrisome, but ultimately not too big of a problem.  He'd do anything to make sure he didn't lose his pilot's license - to the point where he started drinking carrot juice and taking vitamins in the hope that it would help him stave off his problems.

Have you ever drank carrot juice?  It's awful unless you mix it with something else.
