Big Trouble in Little Nexus

Summer is wonderful! The sun is shining, the birds are singing, and a giant dragon is terrorizing downtown! Okay, so maybe 'terrorizing' is a little disingenuous; it's just difficult to be fifty feet long in a multiversal nexus made mostly for humanoids. The dragon, dressed in some kind of metallurgist's outfit with a pair of glasses resting at the bridge of its massive nose, is actually tiptoeing through the crowded streets as delicately as it can, its tail and neck both raised up high to keep from accidentally swinging into the sides of any buildings. 

It's large, and so is its voice, and yet with surprising gentleness it manages a whisper that comes out at the level of the average human conversation. 

"C-Can any of you please tell me why this place is terrible?" it asks, its voice tinged with uncertainty. "O-other than the size, of course..."
