Businesses come and go in the Plaza, there one day and gone the next, moved off elsewhere in the great infinite expanse of the Nexus. Today, the sound of classic rock pouring out of a propped open door may lead patrons to the Cafe 80s on the street corner, the building itself brightly colored with garish patterns and colors, and more neon that you can shake a stick at. Step inside and you'll see more of the same, pink and teal checkerboard floor tiles beneath your feet, triangles and dots scattered all along the walls. An entire wall of CRT screens play reruns from Thundercats, Knight Rider, and M*A*S*H among other 1980s classics, and advertisements for Pepsi can be found at every turn, and a row of arcade games line the back wall, Pac-Man and Tetris and Missile Command.

Should you choose to sit down at a booth or at the bar, maybe you'll find that your clothes have been magically transformed into spandex or high-waisted jeans, leg warmers or lacey shirts, or grunge with strategically ripped knees. Maybe you're in leopard print with shoulder pads, or wearing enormous chunky gold chains. Maybe your hair has become a mullet, or teased into a massive puffy pile on top of your head.

Whatever's the case, welcome to the 1980s! Enjoy your stay and don't forget to tip your waitress.
