Beat the Summer Heat

sweetcandygirlHarley Quinn is sitting on the bicycle that is attached to one of those small Ice Cream treat devices. She is dressed for the summer, with a pair of heart-shaped sunglasses, and her version of a yellow polka-dotted bikini (not teeny weeny though, as this is a family show). The bikini is paired with a airy white suncover.
Bruce is at her feet, also wearing a pair of heart-shaped sunglasses, and a big ol cowboy hat. He has a yellow polka-dotted bow wrapped around his collar.
"Hey! Beat the heat! Free summer treats!" She calls out to the nearest person.
"Or... if you really are interested..." Harley reaches down to her side, and pulls out a pair of large waterguns. And smiles big and brightly. "I declare a watergun duel partner...."
Bruce wags his tail and sits up at this, getting his cue from her southern drawl.
"Dare to face me at high noon?"
