The little god of truth and Bringer of Joy is apparently alone, as he manifests beside the fountain, perch and all. It's one of the few things he can summon at will, and it is most comfortable.

Not much can harm Tua. He can simply de-materialise should danger threaten, but his higher gods watch over him carefully. For this reason, not so far away, fae bodyguards hover around. They're not invisible as such but they use fae glamour to stop people from easily noticing them. They're not poised for aggression either, understanding the Anti-violence field; merely looking out for their Anori chieftain.

“Whoo. Well. Many centuries ago, as an ugly chick,” he tells the young woman. “I was pulled from danger by a child-god who then adopted me. His first smile at me caused the clouds to part, revealing a clear blue sky. I would give much to see that again.”
