Aal's got a stack of various flyers under a rock of a paperweight along with a few other things on a foldable table with a red and white table cloth being watched over by her beloved blonde mate. Whom even sitting his six foot frame would be hard to miss if there's any larger en masseing of folks or unfriendly type people. While she trots a smidgen away to stack stapling things to various posts in the plaza. Determined to do a fair few things while she still can even if she waddles a bit.

She's got a few brightly colored flyers in hand, as she gives a friendly smile to whoever might wander closer, her ears wiggle slightly. Even though she clears her thoart softly and gives a slightly sheepish look but depending on whom it is that might change quickly and easily to a grin or what have you. "Ahem, this might sound like an odd question but what would you say is some of your favorite summer type things to do?"

She slightly winces but gives her best smile while internally kicking herself.

Oh yes make it sound like a survey question that would surely get folks into a festive mood.

She hums and nods listening politely and taking future notes never the less. "I see..I lean toward more a nice pink lemonade myself these days, " She wasn't above having maybe a small glass or two of bubbly or wine on a special occasion but yes obviously she had other sorts of cravings herself.

"Aye.." She then chuckles and glances toward her mate with a twinkle in her eyes. "Oh yes, my dear Hubbys quite the water bug." Her ears perk up and eyes light up as her ears shift to a more canine shape and wiggle a bit happily. She gives a little clap of excitement." Ooh yes, those are fun, we haven't been to that sort of festival in ages..I rather miss such." She informs the fellow. Before half coughing half chuckling. She then gets a semi mischievous look glancing tween her mate and what was likely either 'Star's' or a close member of his/their court. "Mayhaps a dunk tank as well?" She asks curiously. Perhaps if it was for a good cause or fundraiser?

They could probably make/get lots more folks involved with various fun things. Goodnaturedly of course. She'd heard of/seen such things before. Though she would need some help with such of course.

"Does the pink make it taste different to you?" He's genuinely curious. "I can't tell the difference and I've never been clear on whether it's a flavor thing or purely visual. The fact that presentation is such a thing in human foods has always delighted me, though."

Not that he's assuming you're purely human, Aal. He knows better. But shifters are closer to human than he is, himself, on the inside.

"A dunk tank?" He gives her a playfully suspicious look. "Are you trying to get me to volunteer, now?" He has immediate visions of Dean gleefully flinging softballs at the target to get him to fall.

"...I suppose if it's for a good cause." Actually, it sounds funny and that's usually enough of a good cause for him.

She hums, "A little, it seems more lighter or at least less acidic." She hums and nods. "Suppose it depends on who makes it with what. " She murmurs warmly.

She chuckles And then tilts her head. "Ahem, I mean entirely up to you." though she knew Dor would likely do so."I'm sure you and my water bug could take shifts." She murmurs with a good-natured crinkle to her squinting eyes. "If my darling Dor had his way he'd spend most the time in or near water if he had the chance especially this time of year."

She smiles warmly and wiggles happily.

He hums thoughtfully, making a mental note of that answer. In the next few days, various cafes and lemonade stands in the Nexus will report an uptick in sales as he makes a point of sampling every type he can get a hold of, for comparison purposes. An angel must have a hobby.

"I'll do it," he laughs and gives a helpless shrug. "But you have to promise me that nothing by Celine Dion will be playing within my earshot while I sit there. Then it would be cruel and unusual punishment."

He doesn't actually hate that music as much as he claims to, but it's become a running joke and he feels compelled to keep it up.

She hums and nods in agreement politely. "mmhmm." She murmurs half thinking she was gonna have to see about actually getting some/enough somehow if she could rustle enough interest. Venue locking down would be good too.

"Oh." She murmurs and wiggles her ears a little pleasantly surprised. Now if only some of the others would be so easy to convince. She blinks and her eyebrows go up, "Aw-ah..anything Celine Dion related or something in particular?" She softly asks hoping to clarify it seemed an easy enough task/simple request. There was one song she could understand to a point. After some over saturation a few years back. Though in and of itself it was alright but not ad nasum.

"Other water-related music alright though?" She asks after all if we're going with a theme/party-ish atmosphere.
