Both The Joker and The Queen
One definitely can say that when Harley Quinn has a mission in mind, she puts all her passion and dedication into it, and gets things achieved that seemed impossible.
Take today for example. In the last few hours, in the middle of the plaza, Harley has been setting up several different poles, and securing them. She whistles to herself as she sets up a mini stage underneath where the poles sit. And then even climbs the poles to secure aerial silks to the top of each one.
There is a moment of connecting a sturdy interconnecting chain link between the poles, that might attract people to what is about to happen on the stage before.
For those who have never seen her do one before -- Harley Quinn is going to perform an aerial silk dance.
Right in the middle of the plaza.
Once everything is set up and secured, and a safety check is done. Harley sets up some lights, and some music, to attract even more people to the mini stage.
And then after a quick little costume change, into a silky white garment, Harley takes to the center of the stage. And for the next 30 minutes performs a breath-taking aerial piece, with plenty of twists and turns in the silks, with jumps that send her across from one silk to another, and drops that have her so close to the stage itself that people gasp with wonder if she would catch herself in time.
Harley always does. Each graceful move, every twist and turn on the silks, is done with purpose. It is poetic and speaks to an emotional state of Harley's mind that some might never see again.
And when she is done, she sits on the stage, wiping her sweat away, with another little happy whistle.
She glances up over the structure, that she will soon tear down, and glances over to someone close by.
"You would think as a hired mercenary one gets used to death. I never think about it myself, when I am on a mission. Until I get home and I realize who didn't make it back. Ya' think my tribute to the fallen is a little over the top?"
"Do you think they would appreciate it?"

“Okay… “let’s see if I can…” he hooked his feet as well as he could and let go of the silks with his hands. He leaned backwards, putting that core strength to good use. Arms wide, he looked like an inverted eagle, maybe even an angel, as he hung there.
At least until a foot slipped and he unrolled a few feet.

"If someone didn't know better, they would say that is a good drop..." She grins.

He sat himself back up enough to grab onto the silk with his hands again.
“How do you do a drop for real?”

"So keep the secure holding as low as you think you want to drop to, drape the silk and safety around your body. Make it a dance. A cocoon in a way. And then... like a caterpillar, when you free yourself, you will drop down, but still catch yourself with your secure holding."

He’d seen Harely do some pretty amazing tricks, including one that started kind of like this. He wasn’t as flexible in the hips as she was. He couldn’t completely straddle the silk, or get his leg up nearly as high. But he did get it up and out of the way enough to windmill himself down.
The drop lacked precision and control, but Minoru managed to hold onto the silk enough to keep from unraveling himself completely. Though he was basically in Harley’s arms when he stopped spinning.
“Whoops.”

He made a mental note to ask Balthazar about getting some silks for that back room in the Angel’s Retreat. It had a pole, after all. This would fit right in. (And yes, he did know what the room was supposed to be used for, but the pole made for some good exercise before the exotic dancers arrived.)

Very few people could move like Harley. On silks, on wheels, she was a joy to watch and so much fun to work out with.
“I’ll catch you later! Good luck at the derby!” He waved, before heading on his way.
