Yes, it certainly is. The Tenno hasn't seen a kubrow this young since the Old War, and it's plucking at heartstrings long forgotten. Petting a dog is like flying a landing craft though, you never really forget how. Those dexterous fingers scritch at the top of the puppy's head, finding the sensitive spots around the ears, fluffing at those little cheeks. Their hand travels down the length of the dog's back, encouraging it to lean against them to be lightly thumped like a drum.

They can't smile, but the tension in their frame relaxes a little from the alarmed vigilance of before.
