New interesting place to explore
Waylon has decided to take his Tardis and go exploring during a rare time of vacationing from his music career on Earth. He didn't feel like going to a world either he has been too or have been too with his two perma-companions Hank Jr and Willie Nelson. Really they are more like his boyfriends, but he calls them that interchangeably because its pretty much true. Hell Waylon had taken them to his home planet of Gallifrey to get the Council to grant both of them a regeneration cycle.
So he set up his Tardis to just take him to a completely new world. One where he hasn't been to before. He always love exploring new places and as always open to the idea of either moving to a new place for him and his boyfriends sometime in the future or getting one as a vacation home if he deemed it safe enough for them.
He felt the Tardis land and walked around, looking around for signs of any immediate cause for concern. Thankfully he found none and set out to walk into the city, noting that it was very nice looking right off the bat and it was such a nice day too.
"What exactly is this place?" Waylon asked in a wondering sort of tone.

She looks him over thoughtfully. "So, what is a 'Time Lord'?"

He finished explaining just as he made it to the semi truck disguised Tardis and opens the door, showing the inside which definitely didn't look like how one would expect the the inside of a truck to look like, "Here she is, Amanda. That's the name I've given my ship here." He clarified, pausing to let her on first before following in after.

Different worlds, different expectations, she supposes. Just how different is something she's about to learn. She hangs back a pace as he stops at an old-fashioned-looking truck, tilting her head a bit in confusion.
"That, uh. That's a truck." But she'll come over and peer inside anyway, to be obliging. Then promptly jerk in surprise before she climbs in. "What- how far back does this go?"
no subject
"As far as you want it to go ma'am, its endless. Time Lord tech. You can get lost for a while if you ain't careful navigating though which is why I tell anyone I bring on here to not go to far off down the corridors."
no subject
Blaze keeps doing the talking. "Endless? You mean it's a whole self-contained universe in here?"

A well dressed Asian man has a key dangling from his keyring heading toward the busier parts of the Nexus when the new arrival speaks up. He stops in his tracks and turns to face the newcomer instead. The bakery would wait a moment.
"It's a meeting point between worlds and times."

"That sounds mighty interesting," Waylon said with a friendly smile, he had always loved exploring new places. If anything cinched the fact that he was going to explore more of this place, it was what how the other man described this place, "My name is the Balladeer but you can use Waylon if you want."

He bobs his head, a shallow bow in way of greeting before bending over to pick up a fallen welcome pamphlet that litters the Nexus plaza like paper snow and offering it out for Waylon to look over.
"It's a pleasure, Mister Weilan." Excuse his accent, his English is impeccable but he still carries a hint of a Tokyo dialect. He's glad to be able to address the man as Waylon. 'L's and 'R's tend to sound a bit similar when he tries to say them.

"Nice to meet you Katsuya," He nods politely with a friendly smile. "I have a good feeling my friends will like this place too. I heard its pretty much safe here for humans so that's good. I'm looking to get a vacation place around here, visited some other planets but they weren't safe enough."
He finished before he realizes how that may come of as confusing. He was talking like Katsuya already knew he was an alien.

The police officer folds his arms and appears thoughtful as Weilan speaks. He's found it's best not to assume much of anything based on appearances here in the Nexus, and it's a place he's been frequenting for quite some time.
"There are the occasional accidents or pranks. De-aging spells, body swaps. All temporary mind. There's a field in place to stop most attempts at physical violence anywhere within the Nexus."

"The Industrial district and the Wilds seem to have the least coverage and plenty of activity most worlds would consider criminal therein. If you're looking for safety, best to steer clear of both districts."

"It's whatever you make of it, bro. For me it is a chance to get drunk in places I've never heard of before." Or he is dead. Such is the life of a Winchester. "And to go places no man ought not to go."
He finishes off the bottle of beer, and he puts it down in the cooler that rests at his feet. And he is fresh out, and he sent Sam to head back to Sandy Shores to get another case of beer.
no subject
"I don't normally get drunk, but I have two real good friends who would happily get drunk." He laughs lightly before he continues, "So far I've been told lots of different universes meet up here and that's one the main reasons I'm liking this place already. That and its basically safe so I reckon I might end up buying a place for me and my companions. My name is the Balladeer, but you can call me Waylon." He said in a friendly tone of voice as he faces the other man.

"I've been saying for years that I ought to stop, and that my liver would appreciate a break. But for the amount of times that I've cheated death, nah, a few beers won't kill me." Dean turns around to take in the street, and to him things seem to be the same other than some of the pedestrians. He turns back around, and he then offers a hand out to Waylon. "Nice meeting you, Waylon. People just call me Dean."
"You're planning on staying here? I dunno about that, I'm not exactly the stay in one place dude." He slams his hand on the hood of his car, and snorts. "The road is my home, and I do like to eat so finding work is always important."
no subject
"What kind of work do you do?"
no subject
But when it comes to what kind of work Dean does, he holds back a little. And he looks over his shoulder at the corrugated metal garage door that will send him back to where he came from. "What are you? You said you travel time and space. Are you some kind of celestial being? Or well as we like to call traveling musicians back where I come from, an angel or some other supernatural being."
Aliens? Nah. That shit just ain't real!
no subject
He couldn't help but chuckle casually as Dean guessing he was either an angel or some kinda supernatural being, "No I ain't either of those, I'm actually what you might call an alien, a Time Lord from the planet Gallifrey and I came here with my Tardis. That's what we use to travel through space and time," Waylon explains as he points to what looked like a semi truck nearby, "It's disguised to blend in but that's my Tardis."
no subject
Looking back to Waylon, Dean just looks unsure about the whole thing. And perhaps this dude is telling the whole truth, and he's just being a total douche bag about. He shuffles about on his feet. "Because we all know there's things like portals to other universes, but aliens are as real as Santa Claus." He scrunches his face. "Oh right, he's real too."
"And so is the toothfairy." He grumbles under his breath, and he does not want Sam to come strolling back from where he came just yet.
no subject
"Why don't I show you my Tardis, follow me" He says and when he makes it to the door of the semi truck, he opens it to reveal the main console room which is of course bigger on the inside.
no subject
But despite his protests, Dean goes to follow Waylon to the trailer. "Just a warning, I'm more than happy to gank you if you try anything funny."

Waylon honestly laughs and gives a friendly smile at the little green men part, no use in getting offended over alien stereotypes when the planet they come from don't even know aliens esist such as Earth at the time when he had first landed. How can they know what aliens look like or if there is more than one kind before humans had any contact with them. He had a feeling that was the case, though he couldn't help but make a light smartass comment while he opens the door, "Oh you mean the Verdeians exists in your world too? That's good at least, I was just wondering if y'all was truly the only civilization in your universe." Waylon laughs as he opens the door. He steps inside the Tardis and turns back around to face Dean.
"Duly noted Dean, but as you can see I'm a honest man." Waylon smiles while he stood at the end of the walkway to the door with the main console behind him.
((OOC: I just made up a name for the little green man race lol, I don't know if you watch Doctor Who or not and I don't want to confuse you))
