Franklin has found himself in The Nexus, and he is hanging out on the street next to his green motorcycle and he is taking everything in. And he is trying really damn hard to avoid freaking out, at first he was backing out of his garage of his Vinewood Hill's home, and the next thing he was here. He takes a few deep breaths. "Woo!" He truly looks uncomfortable about the whole life before his own eyes thing. But he has to do what the rules of the little paper told him.
He leans against his bike, and he rests his hands on the seat. "Okay, questions, questions, fuck how did I get here? There you happy?" He calls out to ever may have plopped him here. Was it the FIB or one of the other organizations he happened to piss off? Merryweather? Gods only knows. Or did Trevor spike his food with a really bad batch of meth. No wonder the person was fucking insane.
Calm, calm, calm, try to be calm. Breath in, breath out. "Oh, and do you believe in ghosts?" It seems like an easy enough questions that doesn't revolve him flailing about like the confused person that he is right now.
((OOC: My left hand for a little GTA/Supernatural crossover AU after playing the game for a bit these past few days. Blame the GTA V soundtrack for this. :] May include Dean

Said Tardis was nearby a ways as he went in and took it to another part of the Nexus on his exploration of the place earlier. As for the ghost question of course he did, he is a time and space traveling alien after all so its safe to say he has encountered most things at least of what space has to offer, "Well if I see one then I'll know if they exist or not."
"My name is the Balladeer but you can use Waylon."

But introductions are introductions, and he nods his head. "Name's Franklin. And well the thing told me to ask a question, so I just said the first thing that came to mind." Franklin wonders if he should bring up the problems that have been happening in Los Santos. He thinks better of it for now.
"Still, I need to get myself back home. I mean I ended up backing up out of my garage, and found myself riding around the streets of this Nexus instead of Vinewood Boulevard to check on a business of mine. So either I smoked some bad weed the other night, or this is one fucked up dream."
no subject
"That's a nice bike you have here, one of my old friends had a motorcycle too. I got his actually a few years ago."
no subject
And then back on the subject of his bike, and Franklin nods his head about friends and bikes. "Yeah, my friend helped me get this bike too. I suppose it has to do with my love affair with cars, period." Sure it was stolen, and it likely was stolen prior to the repo job he did ages ago with Lamar.
"But if this place is safe, I suppose that's a good thing. Then again things for the time being are pretty safe back home."

"Yeah, bullshit." Franklin goes to put up a front of bravado instead of freaking out. He can see some nut job from Blaine County trying to claim that they're some alien, and this guy looks like he might fit that bill. And Franklin is finding it hard to believe if this is the truth, or if his leg is being pulled.
no subject
Though he glances up with a sour look at the mention of ghosts. "...Why?"
no subject
"Because I saw something back home." Franklin still isn't sure if he smoked some really strong pot, or if what he saw was really a ghost. And he won't get into the other weird shit that frequents Los Santos.
no subject
"And ghosts aren't exactly the strangest thing you'll see here either. Maybe you're one right now! There's nothing to get flustered about when they're just pesky remnants of the dead." Yeah, that's totally reasonable and normal!
no subject
"Okay, no more flailing my arms like a total dumbass, but you could be right. This could just be me being dead." Franklin knows that with his previous life, and some thanks to at least one of his friends, death is a great possibility. "And this is some fucked up version of hell, and you're one strange looking imp."
no subject
Yes, he's the picture of taking things calmly, especially when he's called a hell imp! The mage is up on his feet at that point, huffily closing the distance between the two. And hissing again, of course. "Hhhhssss! If this is hell, I'll be more than happy to be your tormentor! I'll rattle your skull until some common courtesy forms inside it!"
no subject
And if not? Franklin isn't sure what he will do. He has left his gun back home, and he is just a normal ol'human.
"And besides, I could be dead already. So I'm not sure how you'd kill a ghost twice."
no subject
Except for the part that this is the Nexus and violence is prohibited. But that's never stopped Naugus from flying into threats and posturing and it's not gonna stop him now!
Although that also plays into the mage eventually calming himself just slightly, his expression still deeply vexed, shoulders still tense, but arms now crossed and cape pulled around himself. "You're lucky you're dealing with someone as gracious as myself, though. Apology accepted." Barely. "You should know better than to try and make powerful enemies here, be you a spectre or not."
no subject
But dealing with the now is on the top of his list of things to do. "I'm not looking to make enemies here, believe me that is the last thing I'm looking to do. I'm just looking to deal with an angry specter, or the idiot who thought to pull some kind of prank on me."
Franklin pauses to think. "So what can you tell me about ghosts? Cause you look like you know a lot more about them than I do."
no subject
no subject
"But thanks for seeing this ghost as more than just me being crazy. And that it isn't exactly a nuisance."

With a furrow of his brow, he looks Naugus over again. "Do you have any other ideas that don't involve me ending up dead or with my house in ruin?"
no subject
Now with the right character and tag.
"Hey if it gets the thing out of my house I don't care if it feels that it got to me. I just want it and those creepy blood soaked messages gone. Now if you can point me in the direction to where I might be able to get some runes and sage, I'll be happy to go get some."
no subject
The mage points his claw in the direction of what appears to be a more urban area of the Nexus. "Head into the market district and keep an eye out for a golden statue of a horse with a man's face. Usually around there, people tend to peddle arcane goods. Ask for banishment runes or herbs. Agrimony goes a long ways, as does clove and sage. I'm sure they'll all tell you different ways to use it, so be sure to listen close. Do the wrong procedure and you'll probably end up worse off."
no subject
"Oh, ghosts absolutely do exist," he says. "But I do think they tend to be less dangerous than certain mortal individuals would have you believe. Really, how fearsome can they be if they can be chased off with a sprinkle of table salt? Unpleasant, to be sure, but no worse than a garden slug."
((Suspect I'm not the SPN character you were looking for, but hi!))
no subject
He still hasn't told any of his friends, because most of them would think he's crazy. "This one has taken to throwing one major tantrum, and it doesn't want to leave."
ooc: Totally cool with it. :p And this is a total shits and giggles type of AU.
no subject
"So, yes, by all means if you've a resident ghost take some precautions, but you may also want to prepare for Bambi and his friends to come gunning for you. Any idea what your particular spirit's problem is? Or is it just that you're in his territory?"
So sue him, he's curious now.
no subject
"Ghosts don't travel from place to place do they?" But Franklin thinks it has something to do with the previous owners of his house. He never did ask Lester how he got the million dollar home in the Vinewood Hills. And somehow he thinks he might have his answer right here.
"I think I just answered my own question. Cause I think, I'm in their territory. If you'd like to see the mess it made, I can take you back to my place."
no subject
He looks thoughtful. On the one hand, there's no reason he should do charity work for a stranger with ghost trouble. On the other hand, it would be awfully nice to step out of the Nexus for a bit, and maybe he can leverage something out of this. A favor, perhaps, later on. At least a drink.
He shrugs. "Perhaps. Tell me a bit more about it first? Is it visible, or just a force throwing objects about?"
no subject
"So if there's someway we can find out exactly what is anchoring it to the realm of the living, I'd really appreciate it."
no subject
"I'll level with you; I'm not sure whether I can leave this place myself, since I've died back home. I'm not a ghost, though, I promise you that." He gives what he seems to think is a charming grin. Certainly he looks very solid and not like a spirit.
"However, I'm game to give it a shot, and see if I can shoo your little phantom friend away. But I might ask for a favor later, in return."
no subject
He doesn't exactly know how this place works if someone happens to be dead. Sure, he is read up on the pamphlet but he may have skipped over 'If you're dead this will happen.' But he tries to play it on a positive note. "Well maybe if we're not from the same dimension or whatever you won't end up dead. But fuck, I don't exactly know how this place works even if it was worded nicely on that sheet of paper you end up getting the moment you end up here. So if you're willing to risk it..."
