"I think, anyone thinking of her at this time of year would bring a lot of holiday cheer," she tells him sincerely. "Joy is a very sweet young lady and has a wonderful heart."

There is a slightly overwhelming feeling that comes over her when she sees him start to take off the sweater with the intention of giving it to someone he has never met. Without thought, her hand goes to her heart as if it might sort of leak out of her chest. It is such a sweet, caring sight that for a minute her eyes get a little misty and then she shakes her head and reaches into her back pocket for her cell phone.
