Tina is in the plaza today, and it looks like she's looking for attention. She's darting around the crowded couches and walkways and her telltale 'hey, hey!!' can be heard well before Tina herself can be seen bouncing on her heels.

"Hey, hey Nexus folks, hey. Heeeeeeeey. Hey! I got'sa question. I need y'alls help. It's important. Please? please please please? Puhleaaaaaaaaaaaase!"

She won't stop. Nothing can stop this.

"What should I be for Halloween? Or you know, what're you gonna be? Maybe it'll give me an idea."

"Son they celebrate erry Holiday somewhere in the Nexus. But Halloween is a big event! Literally everyone is there."

She gives a sage nod at the much taller young man.

"And I wanna have the best costume there."

Oh. Well, he landed in the Nexus at a baaad time. For him, being a shy introvert means he tried to stay away from crowds.

"I'm not very good with costume ideas," he admits. "We don't celebrate Halloween back home." At least, not during Tatsuya's era.

"They close off the entire block and this one really serious guy with tinted sunglasses and a perpetual B[ face bakes a shitload of treats an' everyone dances and there's a fire and--"

Tina bounces around the young man as she talks, her eyes as big as dinner plates.

"There's so much good food! And candy! And you can make all kindsa friends! You should come!"

Wait. Wait a second, he's gonna mentally back up for a moment. A serious person... with tinted sunglasses... that bakes a lot. That sounds a lot like-

"Hey, hold on- do you have a name? Of that serious guy, I mean."

Tina stops when he suddenly speaks up looking all panicked like he is. What was that guy's name? She knows Ice Bear who also works there but the guy? He was kind of boring. Didn't he have a girly kind of name?

"Kathy? Uh...shoot I know I heard it. Cat-soup. Ice Bear told me his name, shoot shoot damn. Boom. Et cetera. Kat...suya?"
