We're all gonna get in a fight! [EVENT: FITE NITE][Warning: Violence and Blood]
People have been disappearing in the Nexus.
Going missing from work, from their homes, from the Plaza.
Locals are staying in their homes, shutting their doors. Even the more shut-in of Nexus goers will be able to tell that something is amiss around here. The Plaza is strangely sparse as far as foot traffic; many of the shops downtown are closing early.
Word is spreading in the Industrial District of an anomaly in the anti-violence field. Easy money for betting in cage fighting. Less easy money but larger amounts for competing in said cage matches. One on one, matches with and without weapons. Rounds go until someone surrenders, is knocked out, or dies. Who would set up such a thing? It's becoming very popular and many a coin is being generated. Are so many people really signing up for this?
Some are. Others are captured and drugged, thrown into the ring against their will with the ultimatum: Fight and get free, or die.
What do you do?
Are you looking to bet your wages? Sign up for a chance at riches? Are you one of the unwilling laying in a dark room?
Or.
Are you going to stand for this if not?
((Please view this OOC post to chat with other players before you jump into a fight! All fights must be agreed upon by participants ahead of time for severity of injuries. Outcomes can be agreed upon or will be decided by a coinflip by myself. Please do not come into this expecting to clean sweep someone without sustaining injuries unless you and your fight partner have agreed ahead of time that would be hilarious. If there are questins, concerns, or complaints PM me. TL:DR Have fun and don't be a dick!))

The Ex-Sith still doesn't move, however. Nor does she give anything away by the tone of her voice. "Mm, I suppose, then I've no choice for the moment. I'll fight."
For now, but she'll be looking for some opportunity to exploit for an escape. Her eyes open, the faintly lit yellow color to them glowing in the dimly lit cell. "And when's my first match?"

A man and a woman are fighting currently. One with magic and the other with firearms. The man shouts something and disappears from the camera's view, only to reappear much closer to the woman. The fight continues.
"Your match will be soon. Once these humans are finished with their match. My attendant will bring you up at the appropriate time. For your cooperation, I wall ensure you are handsomly compensated." Easy to get the idea that a lot of the revenue from this comes from all the fighters who won't be, just fighting for their freedom.

That doesn't mean she's going to show weakness, either, but there's no need to make this... entity? Angry. He's not human, she knows that much, but whatever he is, is something she's never encountered before. This information is filed away for later research, simply for the fact that it's not relevant at the moment.
"Compensated how?" Dia asks, legitimately curious. Mostly in the 'will it bite me later' sense. She's no stranger to deals like that, though more in the sentient life sense, instead of the demonic or asshole magical entity sense.

How they ever managed to capture Dia in the first place amuses Lucifer, considering the power he can sense in her. Quite frankly, it would be easier on everyone if she just cooperated willingly, and if paying her will help make that so, then he's willing to eat into his profit margins slightly to accommodate her.

As for how she was captured, well. Despite all the power, she's still human. A sniper with a tranq dart does wonders for capturing the unaware Sith without getting his ribcage crushed in via the Force (without even going into the nasty ways she could use her lightsaber).
That said, while he may not have been human, he was effectively quoting about half the Sith she used to know. "Mm. I see." Money, she wouldn't mind. Power? As far as she's concerned, as long as she's free to do what she wants, she's got enough power.
And while she may not be free now, it's only a matter of time. Which she can easily bide for the moment. "And why are you doing this, exactly? Entertainment? Are you being paid? What do you gain from this?"
