Nodding, he folds himself into a sitting position on the ground near the Lion. It looks like it's a little tricky, given that he has leg braces coming up from his shoes and holding his ankles straight and steady. Still, he makes it without toppling and sits with both legs straight out in front of him. Then he picks up his plate again and nibbles on his biscuit, but his eyes are still locked onto the immense creature beside him.

He shakes his head. "Don't have 'em where I live. I'm from Franklin County. Virginia. Um. America, planet Earth." He is learning that the additional information is often necessary here.

"There's some lions in Africa, I reckon, and..." Actually, no, let's not mention zoos or circuses in front of the nice gigantic predatory cat. "I dunno, other places around the world, but not in the mountains. We got painters, though. I mean, mountain lions? They're smaller."
