unattended tiny alert!
Yep. Nexus, your newest resident is a small, pale boy who looks like he's had a lot of sleepless nights, even with his yellow plush bear trailing after him. He's wandering around with a pamphlet and seems to have a question on his mind.
He's only gonna ask if he's sure you're not busy, though. That would be mean and bad, interrupting a conversation or keeping someone from their work. So, in the event that you're not busy, you'll be approached by this tiny kid, who will ask in a very timid voice, "Um...is it really true that you can't hurt others here? W-what about saying mean stuff...?"
Of course, you're free to approach him on your own. He's a kid, after all, and nobody seems to be looking after him... Yikes.
[ooc: Yo, this is Charlie-mun! Unfortunately, the Nexus doesn't seem to be working for her at the moment, something's just not clicking...so here, have an iteration of the fourth FNAF game's protagonist instead. I wish I were sorry.]

Hope you don't mind a not so scary bear
"Violence is nullified. Words still work. Ice Bear will answer any other questions you have."
Is the bear animatronic? No? Then you're good.
"...You're a talking bear. Wow."
He totally doesn't have a dopey grin on his face.

[He bends over and extends one paw to Theo, catching the smile on the little boy's face. The gesture is contagious, as the bear finds himself blushing for a brief moment. Even the cutest of kids can break a stoic bear.]
"Nice to meet you."
no subject
"N-nice to meet you, Mr. Ice Bear! I'm Theo!"
no subject
[He seems taken back by acts of kindness that this little boy is showing him, since Ice Bear is used to most people being unfriendly. Without missing a beat, the bear glances around the area, looking for any parent who might have lost their child.]
"Did Theo come here alone? How did Theo get here?"
no subject
Theo shakes his head at the question and replies, "I woke up here after the accident. I haven't found my dad or my brother yet though."
no subject
"Dad and brother must be worried. Ice Bear will help you look for them."

Luckily for this child Steve is about the least threatening thing in the Nexus, being all skin and bones himself and warm smiles that make you think of the first day of summer vacation. He scoots over to make room for the kid and pats the spot next to him.
"It's true. People can't hurt you and you can't hurt others. Mean words still work, but most people here are very nice and friendly." If the kid has a pamphlet that means he isn't one of the locals. Steve's heart breaks a little knowing someone so young was abandoned here.
"Is it scary being here? Did you come with someone else?"
no subject
He looks up at Steve, half curious and half wary about his saying most of the people there were nice. That was how it was supposed to be at Fredbear's, but... Supposed to be and is weren't the same thing, Theo knew that. The robots there were supposed to be cute and friendly, but instead they were the main feature of his nightmares.
The diner was supposed to be a friendly place, but instead it was where-
That last question makes Theo tilt his head thoughtfully. "...Nuh-uh. I mean, it isn't scary, and I just woke up here after the accident. So unless my dad or my brother show up, it's just Fredbear and me."
no subject
"I see. Well, you're having quite the adventure then." Steve leans over and gives Fredbear a knowing nod, as though the toy had spoken up. "I see. Yes, good to know you're taking care of him. How very thoughtful of you Mr. Bear."
Was the accident how he ended up in such a place? It would be easy to assume so, since the child looks to be more or less alright. Steve rips a sheet out of his sketchbook and hands it to Theo.
"Would you like to draw with me?"
no subject
(Tiny logic. Behold it.)
That question makes Theo go wide-eyed, just a bit. "Really? Thanks!" ... Though wait, there's an obvious question to be asked- "Ummm, where are the crayons though?"
no subject
Steve reaches out and shakes the tiny toy's paw--the one Theo isn't gripping onto. He does so with as serious of a face as he can manage. He doesn't mind playing along with a child's imagination, especially in a situation like this. Better for the child to be happy than for him to be panicking and inconsolable.
"Well then Fredbear, my name is Steve Rogers." He lets go of the plush's paw and holds it out for Theo to take. "And you are?"
Half Man/Half Machine, all heart
"Hello there.., The taller man bent down and smiled at the young boy trying to be as friendly as possible, as much as a cyborg human can be.
