+1 King of Asgard
Thor really should have no right to be as cheery as he is right now. Mjolnir destroyed, his father dead, his eye ruined, Asgard exploded, the last of his people crammed together onto a single spaceship on their way to seek aslyum on Midgard, one cannot really say they've been having a good day, to put it mildly.
But it could be worse.
It's taken him years to fully understand what it means to sit on the throne of Asgard, and now that kingship falls to him at last, the lack of that throne doesn't bother him at all. Asgard isn't a place to rule, it's a people to guide. And even if they couldn't save all of them, those who remain are precious to him. A new start awaits them all on Earth.
Or so he hopes.
Thor strides down the corridor of the Statesman, cape billowing behind him as he navigates his way towards the bridge. Hmm. Or was it this way? It's so easy to get turned around in this blasted thing. But ah, the sound of a multitude of voices; surely this is the way.
It takes him a moment to realize that he's no longer surrounded by Asgardians, or even Korg's crew. No, the people here are of all shapes and sizes, and the sky above him suddenly opens up, wide and blue. Not on a spaceship anymore. How very strange to find himself suddenly transported across the galaxy - again - without so much as being shot through the Bifrost. His attention is caught by a familiar voice, and despite his confusion, a delighted grin lights upon his countenance to see his good friend Rogers giving prerecorded messages in his battle regalia.
Perhaps this is Midgard, then? But no, the more he listens, the more he understands. A place between the worlds, hmm. A place to seek counsel, and befriend countless warriors from across the universe. Thor crosses his arms over his chest, and contemplates what question he should ask. Something somewhat relevant to his current situation, perhaps. "If you were put in a position of power, what would you first command?"

Though a feast does kind of sound like it could be good. Lots of different kinds of food and drink, but that usually involves a lot of different people too and that's kind of a deal breaker for this fella.
"....If I had to issue a command first before I abdicated I would probably try to reinforce alliances with whatever factions my people were working with." He realizes his answer is kind of a cop out and is trying to be a good sport.

Norn opens his mouth to reply but something hits him in the shoulder and the world goes sideways. It doesn't hurt but the next thing the Lieutenant knows he's on his ass looking up at the trees and lamp posts in the Plaza and ????????
What????
When did this happen?????
"Uh..." His voice is tiny and very confused.

No matter! He's quick to help the blue man back to his feet, lifting him bodily by the shoulders and planting him right-side-up again. "Ah, my apologies, Blue Man! No harm done, right? Nothing broken?" He certainly hopes so; he hasn't seen a medical center on his brief pass through the main road at the entrance to this place. And wouldn't that be embarrassing, putting a stranger in hospital from a vigorous pat on the shoulder?

Doesn't Loki make those same high pitched sounds whenever Thor manages to every so often get the drop on the trickster? Clearly Norn is of the more delicate constitution his brother shares. But Norn doesn't have a shred of malice in him. As soon as he's righted he huffs as would be expected, but the look softens almost as quickly.
"Nothing's broken. ....I didn't expect you to be so powerful." He's not sure a fully train and security specializing Vulcan would be able to face this man with the brute strength he carries. He can't be human. Not fully. "You just...startled me."

Well that's. That's certainly A Thing. There are no gods in the Andorian's world, at least none that have been proven to exist. But he's seen some truly amazing things since coming here, and he's a bit less skeptical than most humans tend to be.
"And yet we mortals are worth your time and energy? My name is Lieutenant Kav Ch'Norn of the Federation's Starfleet. Just Norn is fine, Thor: Son of Odin."

He chuckles at the blue man's introduction. "And you may call me Thor, if you wish. Well met, Norn."

Figures of the planet's history, perhaps? The Eugenics war? The conflicts predating the Federation? Norn doesn't quite follow who those people would be but if this man is telling the truth he cannot be from Norn's universe. There are no Gods and certainly if one fought by humanity's side, they would not be so willing to keep quiet about that fact.
They're too proud and rash a race not to advertise and boast about it.
"....That seems more convenient, yes. Have you been a ruler for long?"

To say the very least. No transfer of power that sudden could have been easy and was unlikely to be done well. This man certainly doesn't talk like a despot succeeding in a violent coup but Norn's being wary all the same.
"I wish I had better advice to give. ...I might be an officer but I've avoided anything even looking like command route on purpose."

"There's no shame in playing to your own strengths. A team of leaders is a team where nothing gets done." Not that he would know from experience or anything, mind.

Are they safe and fed? Protected from the elements? Able to tend to their sick and injured? For how long and from who? It's so much to keep track of. So much pressure not to mess it up. Norn never wants to have to be the one calling the shots. It's enough of a struggle keeping himself alive when things go to shit.
"...Did you want to be in charge?"

He shakes himself slightly. "I knew it was going to be a difficult job. Those're my speciality."
