withoutslumberingYep. Nexus, your newest resident is a small, pale boy who looks like he's had a lot of sleepless nights, even with his yellow plush bear trailing after him. He's wandering around with a pamphlet and seems to have a question on his mind.
He's only gonna ask if he's sure you're not busy, though. That would be mean and bad, interrupting a conversation or keeping someone from their work. So, in the event that you're not busy, you'll be approached by this tiny kid, who will ask in a very timid voice, "Um...is it really true that you can't hurt others here? W-what about saying mean stuff...?"
Of course, you're free to approach him on your own. He's a kid, after all, and nobody seems to be looking after him... Yikes.
[ooc: Yo, this is Charlie-mun! Unfortunately, the Nexus doesn't seem to be working for her at the moment, something's just not clicking...so here, have an iteration of the fourth FNAF game's protagonist instead. I wish I were sorry.]
