skeksishereticThe Heretic and the Wanderer have been busy, and not just with winter.
When skekGra and urGoh return to the Nexus, they have something with them. It's a large brown open crate labelled "FIZZGIGS". Inside are about a dozen fuzzy ball-shaped creatures with sharp teeth. The creatures are calm, only occasionally jostling and making excited sounds. They were recently imported over from skekGra and urGoh's world for their own safety, and the two had the idea of giving a few to deserving owners in the Nexus.
urGoh is making sure the fizzgigs stay calm while skekGra advertises. The bombastic old Skeksis enjoys giving a sales pitch for the creatures.
"These creatures are called fizzgigs, creatures from the planet of Thra. They are traditional pets of the Gelflings and Podlings. Don't be alarmed by the sharp teeth - they're perfectly friendly. Excellent guardians, good with other pets, and very loyal to their owners." skekGra cautiously pets one before taking it out to demonstrate.
"Don't worry...about money." urGoh joins skekGra. "They're...being given away...for free. Just...take care...of them." It was part of his plan to spread the creatures of Thra through the Nexus, to preserve as much as they could of the planet's life from the Darkening. Fizzgigs were small and relatively easy to care for, so they were a test run for the project.
"That's right! These wonderful creatures can be yours for free. A little piece of Thra for your own." skekGra gently puts the fizzgig back in the box and turns back to anyone who's listening. "So, is anybody here interested in taking a fizzgig home?"
