Oh no, I want to speak to people

This world has been so interesting! She's been here for a few days already, but... none of her party memebers were here and Strelitzia was too shy, or too apprehensive, too just approach a stranger, any stranger, without a reason.
She's now sitting in the library, with a cup of tea, and, suddenly, apparently stricken by a memory, she exclaims,
"Oh! The rules said that eating in the library's forbidden. Am I doing something forbidden? I'm so, so, so, so sorry."
She immediately gets up, looking around nervously, checking to see whether anyone's seen or heard. She's almost read with embarassment.
"I didn't get any on the pages, I promise. Really! Did I? What's the punishment?"
For anyone who can sense anything, she's human, just a human, but one who has some contact with cosmic supernatural forces if that can be sensed, with something about light or darkness or dreams, but never mind. Besides that, she's a human being like any other.
