It's Harley Time! + King Shark

sweetcandygirlHarley is in the Nexus, by one of the cafes, standing on a chair. The reason she is standing on the chair is so she can wrap a long scarf around the head of a very tall King Shark, who has to bend down slightly to accommodate her. At over 7 feet in height, King Shark is a tall humanoid shark.
"There that should keep you warm, until we can find you better gear."
"Thank you Harley." King Shark does not seem to be bothered by the cold, even though he is only wearing a thin coat right now.
"And now... to get you some help... hey Nexus! Anyone got any fresh fish on hand? Or a blanket? Or some advice for my friend here?"
"He just lost access to the ocean he was protecting... what should he do first?"
"There that should keep you warm, until we can find you better gear."
