1st Annual Halloween Block Party!

Perhaps it's the leaves of fiery golds and oranges drifting on the breeze, or the sight of various hard squash being mangled into festive ornaments, or even still the bowls of candy left out simply everywhere in the Nexus that signifies the import of today. Regardless of when you take heed, Halloween has come to the Nexus.

Neat little handmade signs and fliers of all kinds lead to a particularly festive sectioned off block with the Crossroads Cafe at the center. The brick building has more than its fair share of decorations hung from every available windowsill and door. Hanging skeletons, jolly Jack-O-Lanterns, orange and black streamers cascading down and blowing to and fro in the crisp breeze.

The doors are propped open just waiting to beckon you inside. What are you waiting for?

"I believe you."

Not that Han knows a lot of Ninjas to compare Ice's skills with, but how could he friend not be the best ninja? Ice is good at virtually everything. Smiling he has some trouble with. Still, he's good at a lot of things.

Han's physique doesn't quite match that of Indy's, but he's probably a lot closer than he realizes. He has the right genetics to look like Indiana Jones one day. It's just that he sits on spaceships a little more than is probably good for him.

"The movie was alright." He says with a shrug. "Some of it Josh had to explain to me."

"Ice Bear must learn how to shoot a blaster as well. Or drive the speeder."

Emotions are his eternal weakness, alas, but that's part of the bear's enduring charm. He may not have the looks or charisma like Han does, but Ice is special in his own way. Like being a loyal friend.

"Sounds like how Ice Bear feels after every movie night. Han should probably wait to see internet meme videos then. Those make very little sense at times."

Han would insist that a lot of people are endowed with his skill set, because Han is still a little bit shallow sometimes; which is funny in itself because his confidence is very touch and go. He's the kind of man who will insist that yes, I can get us through this dangerous trap in the moment and then wonder what the hell came over him later.

At any rate, Ice Bear isn't all that much like Han Solo. He's still one of Han's favorite companions in the Nexus, though. And anyway, who wants to be surround by people who are just like themselves?

"I would happily teach you both, pal." He says that with complete sincerity. "Although, we might have to have you shooting on one of my partner's weapons. Most of mine will be too small for your hands, I think."

He raises an eyebrow at the Bear questioningly. He only knows so much about the internet because he doesn't spend a lot of time on it, but he's noticed that it's weird. "Do I want to know what a meme is?"
