It was suppose to be the same old routine, one that someone could safely assume a musician would have in general. Singing, songwriting, performing and the like, it was something Arlin was doing ever since he decided to get back into the music business several months ago. He had been mostly performing around where he lived for now. It was only just today that he secured a record contract with a label so currently he had a kick in his step and a smile on his face. Not that he wasn't having a bad day to begin with, but he had always wanted to be a singer so it was nice to see his dream job coming to fruition in some way after taking a hiatus.
He wanted to tell his wife and kids as soon as he could so home was where he was headed. Down a block or two to where he parked and then a few minute to their small but comfortable house. He was elated enough with the news that in his excitement about his future he failed to notice the scenery suddenly changing a bit at first. He could've sworn he was going the right way to his car, he parked it about a block down straight down and hard to miss.
He did a double take, looking around as he finally slowed to a stop and realized that the buildings around didn't look the same as they did a few minutes ago. Where was he and how did he end up here?
"Umm excuse me but would you mind telling me where I'm at?"

After a few seconds, he sighs apologetically but interested, "I don't think I heard of a place in Georgia called Hazzard. I feel like I would've been there already on of our roads trips as a kid."

"There ain't no reason for you to have heard of Hazzard. There ain't noting there, but farmers and moon runners. We're the definition of home town country!"

"You're welcome. There's plenty of shops where you can trade for stuff. When I first got here, I collected bottle caps to use for money. Trade is fairly easy and you can do odd jobs, too."

"Yeah. It's hard to get along without the stuff."
