"And a genie can not outright..murder someone while bound to their lamp." She informs him.

Sometimes it was hard just getting people to accept help, or to find the right resources for them. She hums in the affirmative and nods. "Aye, ahem yes, it can and does, though certain things..are a constant more or less. " She informs him. "It's definitely unique. must be all the energy and connection to the various realms." She states and theorizes with a nod.
