How to get to Sesame Street?
Lucifer had a promise to keep and it was a labor of some strange love. Perhaps, it was his love of children and connection to the child-like or just his desire to do the unexpected. Who knew what moved the devil to his more bizarre behaviors.
Whatever the reason, one afternoon an over-sized Lucifer, 70 foot tall, starts rolling a 150 foot diameter chocolate chip cookie into the plaza like a wheel. The cookie wrapped in tin foil on the bottom and blue cellophane on the top. It takes a deft hands to lay the 50,000 pound cookie down without breaking it. The effort of baking it with his hellfire all the previous day and moving the gigantic mass has left even the devil tired.
His illusions shrunk down to his usual six and a half foot tall height once the labor of moving the enormous cookie was done. A huge sword is strapped across his back in the eventual need to slice this cookie in some effective manner. Sighing, he walks out into the center of the cookie about to unwrap it when he looks to the person at the edge of the cookie and calls out to them.
“Have you seen the gluttonous, blue monster that lives here?” He stands up to look at whomever has stopped. “I am in dire need of speaking with him.”
Leave it to the angel of sin to make a cookie so large it breaks the Guinness Book, not that this institution exists in the Nexus.

Is this heaven or hell? Who knows and Lucifer certainly doesn't care one way or the other. Laughing he cuts off a few more pieces to prepare for the monster to eat more.

This is most definitely heaven for Cookie, who is now breaking off another few pieces while Lucifer cuts more off for the monster. He's shoving pieces into his mouth and enjoying it thoroughly. Goodness, it tasted so good! He had to have more.
"OH BOY! OM NOM OM NOM NOM OM NOM!"
Bits of cookie spraying everywhere as the Cookie Monster gorged himself on the devil's delights.

Lucifer would have been amused knowing that the Monster thought he had made someplace heaven. As it is, the flying cookie pieces are enough to cause him to laugh as he continues to cut off reasonable sized pieces.

Cookie loved it. That and Lucifer had baked the giant cookie just for him. That made the monster smile and feel loved. The angel was like a sort of father figure almost, albeit one that was so keen on giving in to gluttony. Promoting it in fact.
"More. Cookie have to have more. OM NOM OM NOM NOM OM NOM!"
There was no stopping Cookie now as he began eating even more chunks of cookie. Created a monster? He was already one to begin with.

Lucifer simply gave up and would let the monster run his course. The angel is curious as to whether he can actually eat the whole cookie or not.
